All ProPhase dense phase vessel assemblies are supplied complete with ProDV Dome Valves on the inlet, outlet and vent positions, electro-pneumatic controls, air management module and instrumentation, pre-wired and pre-piped, ready for connection to electrical supplies and compressed air, nitrogen or CO2.
The inherent simplicity of the ProDV Dome Valve, utilised on all pumps, ensures system reliability and low maintenance operation.

Systems can operate at temperatures up to 480°C with throughput rates of up to 100t/hr and distances up to 500 meters
Used for a range of materials, including detergent ingredients, alumina, cement, nonferrous concentrate, fly ash, gypsum, sand
ProPhase D Pump
The ProPhase D Pump works in conjunction with a unique Qlar pipeline system that is self-regulating and provides a closed feedback loop to the controller of the pump and valves.
Systems can operate at temperatures up to 480°C with throughput rates of up to 200t/hr and distances up to 1000 meters
Used for a range of materials, including granular materials, powders, cement, fly ash coal
ProPhase TD Pump
The ProPhase TD Pump is a batch transfer vessel with improved capability for large tonnages and longer distance conveying with fine fluidizable materials.
Systems can operate at temperatures up to 480°C throughput rates increased to 250t/h and distances up to 1500 meters, optimum conveying over 600m.
Used for a range of materials – fluidizable materials , cement, fly ash, pulverised coal

The ProPhase AV system is a simple, effective, and highly reliable method of conveying material from single or multiple collection points to either single or multiple reception silos.
Systems can operate at temperatures up to 480°C throughput rates increased to 100 t/hr and distances up to 200 meters
Designed for handling either fine or coarse dust from ESPs or from bag filters, from multiple pick-up points. Materials include fly ash, sinter dust
