ProDV Bypass Valve
ProDV Bypass Valves form the termination of the pneumatic conveying transfer pipe and secure entry of the material into the chosen reception hopper.
ProDV Bypass Valves are used where several hoppers positioned in series require selective feeding. They have two operating conditions, ‘straight through’ and ‘fill’.
In the straight-through condition, a self-inflating, easily replaceable seal closes off the respective hopper inlet, allowing the material to be conveyed ‘straight through’ to the next available reception point.
In the “fill” position, material flow is directed into the reception hopper
Replaceable wear deflector
Terminal Boxes
These form the termination of the pneumatic conveying transfer pipe and secure entry of the material into the chosen reception hopper.
Terminal Boxes are used at the end of a series of dump valves or where there is only a single reception point within the pneumatic conveying system. They have no moving parts or seals and are designed to direct the material flow into the reception hopper.
Terminal boxes contain a replaceable wear deflector.
ProDV divert valve
The ProDV divert Valve, is a pipeline valve used to provide material routing, where for example, a system is delivering to more than one reception point or receiving from more than one pump.
It allows the flow through its two ProDV Dome Valves to be switched on or off independently, and offers the many high-performance, long-service benefits associated with the ProDV Dome Valve.
Can be arranged in diverging or converging configuration
ProDV Fill Valve
The ProDV Fill Valve, is a pipeline valve that is used to provide material routing, where a number of hoppers positioned in series require selective feeding. They have two operating conditions, ‘straight through’ and ‘fill’.
In the straight-through condition, a ProDV Dome Valve closes off the respective hopper inlet, allowing the material to be conveyed ‘straight through’ to the next available reception point.
In the “fill” position, the 2nd ProDV Dome Valve closes off the continuation pipeline, and material flow is directed into the reception hopper. Suitable for connection to existing silo top flanges
Density Stabilisers
A Dense Phase Conveyor may need to include Density Stabilisers, which are injecting air directly into the pipe-line at regular intervals , in order to control material permeability and reduce power consumption of more difficult materials
