This re-entry follows a strategic carve-out in 2023 of its Food and Performance Materials (FPM) business and the conclusion of the non-compete agreement with Hillenbrand, Inc. (NYSE: HI). After the sale of its FPM business in September 2023 and a brief pause from the market, Qlar is re-entering the global food and pet food industry under its new name and with an invigorated mission.
