Schenck Process expands the ProFlex® product family
Schenck Process GmbH has added a new product to the ProFlex® family in the shape of the ProFlex® V vibratory feeder. Two alternative discharge lengths offer maximum flexibility in process integration. By turning the feed hopper of the new chute feeder in 90° steps, it is possible to achieve four different discharge positions for granulates, pellets and chips. No additional parts are required for any of the variants. The discharge lengths are all compatible with the ProFlex® product family.
The asymmetric design of each ProFlex® permits up to eight feeder stations to be compactly arranged in pairs, saving space. For maximum flexibility, the direction of the discharge side can be changed. With the ProFlex® V, Schenck Process is now offering the choice between different discharge lengths as standard with chute feeders too.
The hygienically designed ProFlex® F is a further development of the ProFlex® feeding system for the food industry. The product is designed to deliver continuous, volumetric and gravimetric feeding of food products.
The ProFlex® product family, which consists of the ProFlex® C, ProFlex® F and ProFlex® V product ranges, is therefore suitable for a wide range of applications in the compound, masterbatch and food industries.
The ProFlex® V feeder will be on show for the first time at K-Messe in Düsseldorf between 16 and 23 October. The Schenck Process experts will be on hand to explain all the features of the new product on a one-to-one basis.
