Setting a new standard in extrusion
Used over many years in the production of all types of powder coatings, including epoxy, polyester, hybrids, and acrylic, our powder coating extruders include a number of enhancements which address the specific challenges of the process. For example, our patented MAX3 infeed increases output and stabilizes torque by preventing material build up in the feed port. A through-shaft cooling system additionally prevents pre-curing caused by hot spots, while an intelligent control system automatically adjusts process parameters to maintain product quality. Our extruders vary in size from 30mm (outputs of 100kg/hr) to 80mm (outputs of 2,000kg/hr); there are also two small powder coating machines in our range, ideal for producing lower quantities: a 19mm lab machine and 24mm small batch unit.
