Linear vibrating screens are used to clearly separate all manner of different fractions. Or in technical jargon: Materials are classified accurately.
Thus, in accordance with the standard screening principle, ore, coal, coke sinter, pellets or rocks, for instance, are screened and clearly separated in very large quantities. Linear vibrating screens, which can be specially adapted to the tasks, are critical here to achieving high and consistent quality.
Schenck Process already provides linear screens in standard format in a variety of designs. For example as single or multiple-decks. The screens are equipped with reliable DF force exciters, which have a particularly long service life, provide low noise development and require minimum maintenance.
The applications are wide-ranging. Linear vibrating screens are used in the pit, quarry, coal, ore and steel industries.
The product family, under type designation LinaClass®, is based on a tried and tested modular system with standardised components, which are constantly optimised and expanded.
Interesting for each user is the very broad range of sizes. The range includes screens with a width of 1,000 to 4,000 mm and a length of 3,000 to 10,000 mm. The wide range of panels and fixing systems can likewise be perfectly adapted to the tasks. Also available are tensioned panels made of woven wire, rubber or plastic, rubber, metal or plastic system panels, perforated plates, armoured screen panels and cast screen panels.
