Hopper scale kits consist of load cells or measuring eyes and are supplied with all the mechanical components needed.

The composition of the kits depends on the structural and accuracy requirements.

Hopper scale kits are always used when the customer has detailed knowledge of his equipment.

If the customer has the necessary know-how, putting the hopper scale kits together is very simple.

Hopper scale kits are used for containers of various geometries and a wide range of environmental conditions such as explosive areas or installation in an existing system. Possible weight classes range from a few hundred kilos to several thousand tonnes.

Equipped with the relevant electronics, hopper scale kits can be used to produce perfectly matched measurement chains for gravimetric level calculations, for example for weighing tanks, stirrer vessels, reactors, ball mills, mixers or dispersers.
