The 5 most frequently asked questions, clearly summarized
No. We are the original Clyde Materials Handling, Clyde Process Ltd, later Schenck Process UK. In May 2024, we officially rebranded to Qlar, underpinning our aspiration to drive smarter material processing. However, we are the engineering successor with the original systems, people, and capabilities. If it says Clyde, chances are we built it.
Yes. Even if your system shows a Clyde or Schenck Process label, we supply the correct spare parts including original dome valves, seals, actuators and more. Just let us know the part number or a photo of the nameplate, and we’ll help you find exactly what you need.
Yes. We have full access to original drawings, part numbers and technical know-how. Many of our team members built and commissioned those systems.
We specialise in energy efficient dense phase conveying, medium and lean phase systems and vacuum conveying – depending on your material and application.
Absolutely. Our UK test center simulates real-world industrial conditions to validate system performance before you buy.
